It's a good time to do some review and look into the future.

In retrospect

Last year this time,I was still busy with the migration of the cleaning service companies from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2.At that time,things were not fully integrated,mechanisms were still under testing and institution was yet to be built,which quite resembles my personal situation then.

In those days,the frustrations and the feeling of devastating didn't quite vanish.But somehow,certain  change is undergoing unexpectedly and  was not fully realized.

During this year,though I still did quite a lot of stupid things,but some of the efforts did benefit me quite a lot which include book reading,feed reading,video watching,audio book listening,application of GTD and a little bit thinking.I regard that as accumulation.With the assistance of the technology,people can accumulate better and faster than the previous generation.Keep looking,don't settle.

And after this,all the efforts you paid and all the frustrations you suffered are not vain，I recently realized. They just repay you in a unexpected way.Now I ｈａｖｅ ａ ｂｅｔｔｅｒ ｕｎｄｅｒｓｔａｎｄｉｎｇ ｏｆ ＂ｃｏｎｎｅｃｔｉｎｇ ｔｈｅ ｄｏｔｓ＂ ａｓ ｗｈａｔ Ｓｔｅｖｅ Ｊｏｂｓ ｓａｉｄ.

Look into the future

After the building of the self applied institution,the randomness of the growth would be more stabilized.

偶然的机会看到刀马的blog，然后顺延着看到《时间的玫瑰》这本书。

书中提到巴老的坚守，守过了70年代的越战，守过了几十年间纷纷繁繁的各种事件，守到现在。其实这样的坚守看起来丝毫没有技术含量，你几乎什么都不需要做。这应该每个人都会，却没有几个人会这么做。人性拉到时间河里面淌一下，结果就变得很明显。
